Quarter, half, or whole orders

We can also sell you a quarter, half, or whole order of beef.

It's really simple.

1. Contact me at 989.640.9284 to tell me you want a quarter, half, or whole of beef. We take the animal to Bellingar Specialty Meats and give them your phone number.

2. They call you to ask what cuts you want - you get to pick everything to your preference. You can see the cut order form here.

3. You pay Bellingar their processing fee, which is $.95/lb.

   (Approximately $197 for a quarter, $316 for a half, and $550 for a whole.)

4. You pay me $6/lb for the hanging weight of the animal.

   (Approximately $1250 for a quarter, $2000 for a half, and $3500 for a whole.)
